VISA APPLICATION DECLINED
There are many reasons why your New Zealand visa application may have been declined. Perhaps you tried to save money & prepared the application yourself or someone else has helped you & they just didn’t have enough experience.
Perhaps your application has been declined because you do not qualify for the visa in the first place, or you or your advisor has not prepared a fully completed & supported application.
If you did not qualify properly for the visa, then we will identify the correct visa you should have applied for & then assist you with that.
If your application failed due to lack of evidence, in most cases we can prepare a new application & resubmit this to Immigration New Zealand for consideration.
If we think you have a reasonable chance of success, we may recommend preparing an appeal of your application to the Immigration Protection Tribunal (IPT).
We can discuss your situation in detail & advise on the likely outcome of any application.
